Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) g118 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances without notice.
Registration and gameplay is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 and above. g118 performs identity verification (KYC) on all accounts. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be permanently closed.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software or bots, arbitrage betting exploiting bonus terms, and money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and legal referral.

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and the Operator. By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, the Player unconditionally accepts these Terms.

3.1 Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on g118. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances held therein.
3.2 Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile phone number. g118 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any registration detail at any time.
3.3 Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. Any activity conducted through a Player's Account is the sole responsibility of the Account holder. Players must notify g118 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account.
3.4 g118 reserves the right to refuse Account registration without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.
4.1 The minimum age to register and use g118 is 21 years. By registering, the Player warrants that they are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and will remain so throughout their use of the Platform.
4.2 g118 is legally required to conduct KYC verification on all Accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:
4.3 g118 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage where it has reasonable grounds to verify a Player's identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days will result in Account suspension.
4.4 Where g118 determines or reasonably suspects that a Player is under 21 years of age, g118 will immediately suspend the Account, withhold all Balances pending investigation, void all wagers placed, and permanently close the Account. g118 will report confirmed underage gambling to applicable regulatory authorities.
5.1 All deposits and withdrawals on g118 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow QR, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank), and Visa/Mastercard where available. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.2 Deposits are credited to the Player's Account Balance in real time for eWallet and FPX transfers. g118 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or public holiday processing restrictions.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 4. Approved withdrawals to Touch n Go eWallet and Boost are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 business hours depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule.
5.4 g118 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds, exhibit unusual patterns, or where the source of funds requires clarification. Players will be notified of any hold placed on their withdrawal request and the documentation required to release it.
5.5 Deposits made to a g118 Account are non-refundable once wagered. Players who have deposited but not wagered any funds may request a deposit reversal by contacting support within 24 hours of the deposit, subject to verification that no wagers have been placed.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by g118 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including the applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for Sportsbook promotions), validity period, and maximum withdrawal limits.
6.2 Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the stated Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
6.3 g118 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account at the time of modification, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.
6.4 Bonuses are intended for recreational players. g118 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms is identified, at g118's sole discretion.
6.5 Players may participate in a maximum of one (1) welcome bonus promotion. Bonus stacking — the accumulation of multiple promotional bonuses simultaneously — is not permitted unless expressly authorised by the promotion terms.
7.1 All games offered on g118 are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game's help or information panel. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and these Terms, the displayed game rules govern for that specific game.
7.2 g118 sources its casino and live casino content from licensed, internationally recognised game providers. 10.1 All content on the g118 Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, game interfaces, logos, and trademarks — is the property of the Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. 11.3 The Operator's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 g118 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where suspension or closure is required by law, regulatory instruction, or the Operator's internal risk management policies.
12.2 Upon suspension or closure resulting from a Player's breach of these Terms, g118 may forfeit all or part of the Account Balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, as the circumstances warrant.
12.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting g118 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player via the Player's primary registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Players acknowledge that the laws of their local jurisdiction may also apply to their participation in online gambling.
13.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via g118's customer support channels. 14.1 g118 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, g118 will notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.2 Players who do not accept the amended Terms must cease use of the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure as described in Section 12.3 before the effective date of the changes.
